Patty is the author of "Talking
With the Animals", and is an internationally known animal
communicator and currently provides communication work
shops as well
as consultations for animals and their human companions to resolve
conflicts or to aid in communication. A video, Reawakening to Animal
Communication, has also been produced on her work.
She has been communicating with animals since she was a child and has worked professionally with animals since 1985; in veterinary practices, as manager of pet supply stores, as an animal control officer, and as an assistant manager of a humane society until 1995 when she began offering her skills as an animal communicator to others as a profession.
Patty has received training in the Tellington T-Touch method, is a Reiki Master, a flower remedy practitioner, and has studied several other healing and behavioral modification techniques which she finds helpful in her quest to promote harmony between humans and their animal brothers and sisters.
Indigo Thunderheart PT, NA, NAJ her "Venti" Australian Cattle Dog whose main focus in life is to adore his person and remind her to not take life too seriously, and Skye’s Adelphi (OA, OAJ HSAs.) a Border Collie who is teaching her person the joys of sheep herding, bring Patty to Dog Camp. It is a joy for them to spend a week with kindred spirits who are here to celebrate the bond between humans and dogs.
